Bloomviber (hereinafter referred to as “we”) operates exclusively as an online store and provides all products and services through our website. 1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests are subject to the actual processing status of the order:

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled within 48 hours after successful payment.
  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled directly.

If your order has already been shipped, you may wait for delivery and then contact us to request a return and refund.

2. How to Request an Order Cancellation

To submit an order cancellation request, please follow the steps below:

3. Refund Processing

After an order cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Refund method: The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment card used at checkout, including Visa or MasterCard.
  • Refund timeframe: Depending on the processing speed of the issuing bank, refunds are generally credited within 1–5 business days.

We recommend submitting cancellation requests as soon as possible after placing an order. The ability to cancel depends entirely on whether the order has entered preparation or shipping at the time of the request.
